Updating Customers’ Shipping and Billing Details
The Users page within the vendor portal is a great tool for helping customers update their shipping addresses and billing information. Here's how you can assist them:
Shipping address
To help customers change their shipping address, navigate to the Customer Details section and click the pencil icon next to "Shipping address."
Clicking the pencil icon will open the Update Address form. Here, you may encounter two options: Delivery and Pickup.
Delivery address
Under the Delivery option, you can change the shipping address associated with the customer's subscription.
Pickup address
You'll also find a "Pickup" option if your store supports local pickups. Selecting this will display the available pickup locations for your store.
Billing details
Look for the Payment method field. Below this field, you'll find an "Update" button.
Clicking the "Update" button will trigger an automated email to the customer. This email contains a secure link that leads to a page where the customer can submit their updated payment information, including the billing address.
