Accessing the Customer Portal

You can use magic links to access your customers' subscription portal. Just follow these steps to generate these links:

1. From your Shopify admin portal, look for the Bottomless Subscribe by Usage app and open it.
   

2. Under the "Customers" section, click "Get link". This link will take you to your vendor portal's Users list.

   

3. Look up the customer's name or email address and visit their User page.
   

4. From the User page, click the "Magic Link" button in the Customer Details section.

5. Clicking the Magic Link button will open a modal where you can specify your desired path and opt to generate a short link.

By default, the path will be set to /profile, which creates pre-authenticated links to the customer's subscription portal Home page.

You can edit this path to direct the customer to other specific pages:

• For Orders, use the path /orders

• For Settings, use the path /account

• To visit your online store within their account, use the path /shop

The new magic links will be generated once you click the "Create" button.

These magic links will provide access to the customer portal and are valid for up to 24 hours.

Important: Always open magic links in a fresh incognito browser window. You can close the browser window once you've finished using the link.
